The Swiss Ski School Flumserberg was founded by two or three ski instructors as a private company during winter season of 1933/34. It kept its name until the integration of the snowboard sector in 1995. With over 120 employees, Ski and Snowboard School Flumserberg is now one of the larger snow sports schools in Switzerland.
As experts in the region, our team not only knows the ski runs and powder-snow slopes on Flumserberg like the back of their hands. We are also perfectly familiar with the country, the people, and the customs and traditions around Spitzmeilen and Sächsmoor. Our know-how ensures that sports such as Telemark skiing, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing can also be taught at a professional level.
Extraordinary experiences in nature or a good conversation on the sundeck of a hut: Teaching is not a duty for us, but rather a joy. It is about much more than just striving for the learning success of our students. Having fun always plays an important role during our winter sports lessons as well!
With the Swiss Snow Kids Village Prodalp and the Swiss Snow Kids Village Molseralp, Flumserberg offers two perfectly equipped children's areas. The lovingly designed areas are unparalleled in Switzerland.
The team of the Ski and Snowboard School Flumserberg helps make winter sports goals become a reality – from alpine skiing and snowboarding to many other activities in the snow. Creative, focused, understanding, and highly trained: Our instructors know exactly what they are doing and how. You can look forward to local winter sports professionals who have their heart in the right place.
The SSSF instructors teach at all levels, from absolute beginners, to intermediates and to racing athletes. The children and teenagers are looked-after for the duration of the lessons, including lunchtime.
SSSF has been training the Inter-Community School of Zumikon race team for numerous years now. The race team's achievements hopefully speak for themselves. We look forward to continuing the excellent relationship with the private lessons organized by Bettina Riopelle.
